All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Surat, Gujarat through trusted courier partners. Kindly allow the following time for order delivery after we receive your purchase.

For Domestic Orders (India):

• Orders within India are typically processed on the next business day. You should receive your delivery within 3-7 business days. However, for remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take 8-12 business days.

Delivery Timings:

• Deliveries will occur between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Requirements:

• A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may arrange for someone else (a family member, colleague, or neighbor) to sign on your behalf. Please note, Shuddhalooks is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternate person and does not cover any damage occurring after the delivery.

Shipping and Handling Costs:

• Shipping charges may vary depending on the product, packaging, size, and other factors. You will be informed of the shipping costs during checkout, allowing you to review them before completing your payment.

• We provide free shipping on all orders within India. If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), a flat COD charge of Rs. 80 will apply.
• For orders below Rs. 1199, a shipping charge of Rs. 80 will be applied.

For International Orders:

• International shipments may be subject to Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, or other taxes levied by the destination country.
• These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Shuddhalooks.
• The shipping fees included in the order total do not cover these additional taxes.
• In case the recipient refuses to pay the applicable customs charges, Shuddhalooks will deduct the full cost of shipping and return duties from the order refund.
