At Shuddhalooks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take meticulous care in packing and shipping your orders. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in a package not reaching you in the desired condition.

Return Policy

We offer refunds for products that are unused, unopened, undamaged, and retain the original label or receipt, provided the request is made within 3 days of delivery. Please note that discounted, promotional, or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a product that is damaged, tampered with, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the receipt/invoice and original packaging.

Important: For wrong or missing orders, an unboxing video is mandatory to process the return.

We do not accept damage complaints beyond 3 days of delivery. Therefore, please ensure you report the issue promptly and dispatch the product as soon as your return request is approved. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to the following address:

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened or used products. Shuddhalooks will not be held liable for damages caused after delivery.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for products returned in a sealed, saleable condition with the original receipt/invoice. The following conditions apply:

  1. Returns and exchanges are subject to review by the Shuddhalooks team.
  2. Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy.

Patch Test Recommendation: Some ingredients may not suit all skin types. We advise performing a patch test before using any product. Refunds for skin sensitivity issues are not applicable. Please read the ingredient list and suitability details before purchasing. For questions about products or ingredients, contact us via email, WhatsApp, or call for a consultation.

Claims for missing, incomplete, or damaged items must be reported within 24-72 hours of delivery. Replacements will be shipped only after validating the return request. Products must be in saleable condition to qualify for replacement. Shuddhalooks reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request if the criteria are unmet.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable for products returned in their original condition, along with the receipt and packaging. The refund amount, excluding delivery fees, will be processed within 15 business days after the return is received at our warehouse.

Refund Methods:

  • Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card Payments: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery Payments: Customers must provide bank account details via email for the refund. Shuddhalooks will not be responsible for errors in the bank details provided.

Once the returned item is received, an email confirmation will be sent.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled without any charges if they have not been dispatched. Prepaid orders will receive a credit note or refund within 7-10 business days. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 working hours.
